There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but caress growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the Job training is not given to new joinees

They are helping me to know about new machine and technology .There is a huge cafeteria.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management of the company are very careful regarding COVID-19 and it takes all the precautions to keep everyone safe . It provides face mask to all the employees.It provides sanatizers at every step of the company area . everything is going to hygienic. It sanatizes all the work stations after end of every shift . It took all the precautions for the safety of their employees . I am so thankful for being a part of this company. MEAI is the famous for their Quality and it is stands on the name of Quality.
