Mitsuchem plast Ltd provided extra salary during Lockdown , they credited salary on time even before some time , give increment to all workers along with contractual. Daily senatizer all required areas , disinfecting all incoming vehicles , monitoring every 4 hours temperature reading of all employees, daily check O2 level of all employees. Great contribution during this situation working 24×7 and give essential service to our customers .

Till time nothing is dislike about Mitsuchem plast.

Surrounding local people. Local workers are very supporting and hardworking. Thats the reasons for company overall growth.

Dislikes

Use and through policy, very poor management, involved outsider to controls systems. Politics involve and impact the activities, many old employees are doing group politics and top management are support them. Most important not given full and final money after even given notice period.

Mitsu Chem Plast Ltd i very great company . the helpful management , Mr . Manish Dedhia sir and Sanjay Deshia sir are nice person for help and suggest for our work . i wish to Mitsu Chem family will get best position all in one organization future .

There is no proper system in purchase department , other department working systems are very excellent .

Likes

Good learning experience. Deal with customer very well and give much importance to customer. The Directors are good and they take much care of employees in their personal issues/problems.

Dislikes

Internal politics commonly as like maximum pvt manufacturing organization. Many times Higher position employees /HOD work is reviewed by management through verbal information by uneducated old shop floor people/staff/employees in an unofficial manner ( Not in management policy but it happens like this). This causes for job insecurity in many. Some toxic people from the locality, work in the organization, they generally pollute the company work culture.

People are very comforting and cooperative, open door policy any one can walk in and raise any concerns with the top management, and the concerns are addressed on a positive note.

Dislikes

Management has to take care of the employees too, along with business if the management gives proper attention to the skill development and employee benifit too, this company has no limits to grow.
