Too much formal, Always should be ready to learn and do something new. very different from other corporate so difficult to adjust at other places.

Likes

Very good delegation of power and authority by owner. Even during pandemic we were given growth and bonuses. Good learning exposure.

Dislikes

Very informal , not like routine corporate culture. Working hours from 9 AM to 6.30 PM are long but never had to work after working hours.

Likes

I am thankful to owner for helping me to build a solid foundation for my career. For me it was wonderful opportunity to work with PM. He motivate us, guide us at the same time tough task master but without being bitter or insulting us. Even he scolds us or point out our mistake but with due respect and humour and without making us down. Very good work culture for raw recruit learn and build a good career. Even I would like to go again for short stint to refresh and learn

Dislikes

Yes there is a growth, job security and everything but beyond 3-5 years you have to leave may be because we trained and skilled so much we get very big opportunity outside so even we love this organisation we have to leave it.
