In particular I learnt a lot from the organisation. But not same with my colleagues. You'll get good career growth, if you got good project and lead.

Dislikes

Poor management. Insecure management, who don't happy if employee gives any suggestions or opinions. Money minded and slavery. They won't recognise you for the efforts and profit you earned for the company. They'll update the policies frequently. Worst leave policy. Especially marriage leave policy. Worst work life balance. You should work 10:30 to 8:30 primarily. And extending from there is exception.

They take care about employees accommodation like providing lunch and rooms only. Getting the required support from manager , colleagues. All peoples are more supportive.

Dislikes

They didn't care about employees future. They focus on what they said, not have time to hear our thoughts and ideas. Mentally forcing employees to get more suffer. Worst place for Seniors and great place for freshers to learn more. Working time also more. 10hours including break time. They are giving time to improve our self but if we suffer extra time only they get satisfied as we are learning and utilize the time properly otherwise not. Mentally suffered more. They didn't provide a hike with respect to experience & skill they only consider the location where we work, how we behaves, how much they give important to us.
