...school claims to be 'tech-savvy' but they instead practice primitive procedures. They don't pay you if you leave without the notice period. So thoroughly consider any other options if you're thinking of working here. When you resign you are treated with disrespect. Getting back your own certificates is the hardest part. Patience is a must if you resign whether it comes to contacting the HR or signing, they 'require' many unnecessary proofs and written letters. Even quitting this disaster ends you in an adverse situation. Veering clear of this school is the best option. You will not regret it at all.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. They seize your original documents and makes us sign bonds if we are unable to work as per their bond they make you pay for your own certificates and if you fail to pay them,they retain our original documents with them. Admin department stop answering your calls and they don't bother to even reply to your mails. I don't recommend this place for any one.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. They retain our original certificates and documents with them. They make us sign bonds with unreasonable conditions imposed on us and if we fail to adhere to their bond they threaten to retain our original documents and admin department never answers your query neither they respond to your mails. They make you pay compensation in order to get our own certificates from them. I don't recommend this place for anyone.

Timings and salary cut for late log in for admin staff when someone is working extra hours the salary should not be deducted

The work life balance. Most of the time, there are celebrations and functions. This, there's no break.
