The company has been great in providing support throughout the pandemic. There has been no salary deductions and work has been steady. Even while company has take a hit financially there has been no affects that the employees are facing in terms of salary

The salary growth is not as good as compared to other software companies. People who perform well should be compensated more

Time tracking software forces to move mouse or press key even without any work assigned. Filling MIS, sheet and greytHR separately. Quality/method of work. Extra hours, weekend work. Language of some employees.

No career growth.Poor management. Higher authority will also try to fool you. No salary increment.False commitments.fresher don't go.Go somewhere else I you want to grow.Freshers likely to work on Monday to Saturday.

I will never recommend anyone to join. No work life balance . Pantry is very unhygienic and the management treats you as trash no compensation or benifit is provided . No increments and Hr dont have manner to talkand the policies are only known by HR and they changes accordingly

There are so many people who help you if you stuck at any point. And some time they give opportunity to work alone in project. Which help us to learn many things.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work pressure. And we didn't get time to spend for our family. And There are some people who speak with you very badly. (E.g. Technical Head). Because of that reason I left out this company.
