work culture was horrible.!

...ly during the induction process. There was no POC person to resolve our queries. My PF wasn't deducted from my salary which created a problem during background checks in the nxt company. The management of mitkat doesn't have basic etiquette on how to interact with their employees. The HR doesn't care to listen to employee problems. The health insurance policy was delayed by 6 months. Overall, I had the worst experience with mitkat and I would not recommend it to anyone.!!!

I was informed that there will be work from home option available. However, it was ruled out later. Maybe to trouble me and kick me out.

The bosses don't mentor you. No induction; no organised workplace; you left to fend for yourself; lack of clear communication; disorganised; you don't know what will you be doing tomorrow; erratic planning affects your performance; no hand-holding; If you are game for the above, you free to join them. You may not have work through the day. However be ready for surprises, you may be called to deliver with in couple of hours, mandatory to work over night when work is there, mandatory to work on weekends if deliverable is on monday....all due to lack of planning on the part of your boss. He is lax so you got to suffer.
