You can get good extensive knowledge about work and bulk powder handling equipments.

Dislikes

No work Freedom. Boss has ego and never ever listen your words. Only knows to Shout at employees without knowing actual reasons. No trust in your work. Engineers life is limited to maximum 6 months to 1 year. No Quality Management. No team work. If you argue for some reasons with proofs then you will be fired at any moment means no job security. No money reimbursement for material or service at any cost though the boss tell you to purchase. The boss will give Tag line of Thief to you when you leave your job. Also he will try to terminate you from service forcefully. He may try to remove you from new job by saying false things regarding you to new employers. Final Conclusion, Boss is very bad and plays with the life of Engineers.
