...that is, MIT University of Shilong, Meghalaya. Wherein the management is worst..no proper time for salary, no-one is taking responsibility to answer the queries of employees, worst manager's, who just like people who are Licking their feet...

No proper management for anything...still I haven't received closer on complain which was shared 1 month ago.. Woman do not respect other woman.. Under the name of performance management is saving psychopath people. Insecure place for good girls/ladies/woman's.

A book will fall short to write about this company.So talking abt managers here who are under qualified who doesn’t know how to perform but knows how to Blame their TL’s and counselor, sales head favours his illiterate managers don’t know why. Managers and sales head are making this place worst to work.

Not much to like about Only incentive part is good but for which you need to continuously work after office hours which hampers your personal life

Managers here are not well but they want their juniors to be perfect.With the same they are so biased and unprofessional.
