Salary structure isn't great and its a biased work structure.

I liked how Mistral empowered everyone to make quick decisions, and the ‘all-in-one-roof’ setup made it easy to collaborate with different teams to get work done efficiently.

Dislikes

At times, the high workload and fast pace added extra pressure, and recently, fewer technical training opportunities limited our ability to develop and grow our skills.

Likes

1. Mistral solutions is the great place to start the carear in Embedded System. 2. You will put into complete Hardware life cycle which is actually a great thing (coz, in top companies you will put into one part of complete life cycle throughout). 3. Higher people are knowledgeable. 4. Also, you will be working on a variety of projects which helps to gain knowledge in a wider aspect.

Dislikes

1. First thing is work life balance. (Most of the time depends on project schedule) 2. Work culture is average. 3. Some time you will be repeating the same work as part of production. (Which irritates for few) 4. Internal R&D and product development is below average. (Mostly of the time focus is only on customer requirements)

Likes

1. Learning technical things. 2. Continuous practice on domain technologies. 3. Very good projects. 4. Very good support from co-workers, managers, teammates.

Dislikes

1. More interaction should happen between project teams, clients, production team. 2. Improve the listening on employee ideas.

Likes

Not much of work pressure. Only few customers which can be easily handled.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities. Manager turns red the moment you apply for leave. Sleepy company and not at all aggressive, manage expects to see your face till 8 PM in the night even if there is not much of work and you have come at 9 AM
