The best Thing about the organization is we get to learn a lot of new things , always higher management is there to support you in yours skill development , Time to Time appreciation is given for the good work you have done ,Here we also have Open Door Policy with two way communication and management is always available for our queries and concerns which is a very Good thing. If You follow Professionalism in your work then this organization is great place for you.

As a Project Head, I have the flexibility of using my expertise and skills for creating a world class upcoming township at CAR region of Africa. Since the work is challenging and involves a lot of brainstorming and thinking, everyday is a challenge and brings in new opportunities with respect to innovation.

Branches are menaged as single entities so we do not have a relationship with other employees worldwide unless we do not cooperate in the same projects.

1. I like the culture of the company. 2. Reaching out to the management is not much hassle. 3. Work-life balance is a plus point of working with this company.

Dislikes

Management will listen to you and if you find anything which is not good for the future of the company or there's room for improvement then they'll help you to make it better. So, I didn't find anything till now which has not been improved.
