... have manners how to talk with employees.He treat his employee like his labours. Salary date is not constant after 16th or 20th of every month salary credites in employee account.Wrost company culture wrost Director.No growth...they just use old technology,cheap quality code.

There is no job security at all, if your able to work 24×7 and even without salary then you must join company. Worst management I ever seen in life, they changed there policies every day. There is no professional environment.

This is a fraud company so I have nothing to like about it.

They don't give any employment documents like Appointment Letter, Salary Slip, etc. They do not give the total amount of salary and also no calculated salary details. There is no career growth in this company because you don't have any documents about your employment and you will not get any document after leaving the company. They do not provide the total amount of salary and any details about the calculation of the salary amounts and deductions. Director's and other administration's behavior towards an employee is so worst. The company will never liable for your security and problems arose because of them. Worst work environment. You can not establish a balance between your life and work. You have to work for weekends and after office hours but nothing will be paid for it.
