This company Miror Therapeutics private limited is led by Person called Sanjith Shetty , Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. Sanjith's leadership skills and business acumen seem lacking. During my brief tenure of 3 months (i feel like i worked with doncey), i observed unprofessional behaviour and lack of respect towards employees. Despite initial niceties, his behaviour quickly deteriorated , revealing a pattern of disrespects and manipulation. Miror dream to become unicorn femtech seems questionable given with CEO's conduct , there is no job security , and many promises made during the hiring process were not fulfilled. i would advise potential employees to think carefully before joining this company.

the role suffers from significant underutilization, with employees often assigned tasks that don's align with their skills or potential. this leads to under employment, leaving many feeling unchallenged and undervalued and there seems to be a strong focus on CEO's ego rather than fostering a collaborative, employee focus environment.
