Company provides you a great learning experience and exposure in the industry. Work life balance is ok and policies are also employee friendly. One can spread their wings for good carrier growth and learning not for those who has a incompetent attitude. no place for inappropriate and inefficient people who just want to malign the company's name.

nothing dislike about it. dislike about people who enter into the company and don't complete their said tasks and wanted to create rift among teams.

No mentors, no learning. Nothing I like about working at Mirasys.

Dislikes

Too much pressure which leads to increased in stress and anxiety levels. Very poor retention rate. No any software developer can stay in the Mirasys for a year or more. Bounded labor. After you join they will ask you to sign the agreement for 2 to 3 years. Longer notice period of 90 days. Always looking for the lowest budget software developer. No proper training or what so ever are provided after onboarding. No annual appraisal Management itself is closely involved in the politics. They try to get the work done by any means. Management continues to bombard you with new task without realizing how much load you already have. They understand nothing about the AI and think AI models can be developed overnight. The management clearly lacks the necessary skills and qualities to effectively lead a team.

Excellent place to learn , explore n grow. Working here have got immense exposure in the industry. Easy communication with management and HQ in Finland. Management is supportive and listen to your problems n solve it. Policies are employee friendly. This is a fast paced company so not recommended for those who are not self motivated or have a laid back attitude - for them it won't work
