Most of the member facing Salary issue, will got deducted without any reason and have to follow multiple time with hr no use of raising ticket and sending email won't get any response, Management is very very worst, I never seen this kind of worst management in any organisation.

Few teams tl and manager are not good again the policy they are issuing pip if the have some experience people in the project example if you are ah less experience in the project and u r learning it, at the time if the recruited any experience candidate for the team you won't be shifted to other project u will be indirectly terminated in the name of issuing pip and clearing pip is not possible especially in hospital billing

Good OT structure less salary they will provide and they will ask you to work on weekends so that you get OT benefits

No job security at all They will just move to PiP without any reason and they will tell you because of you poor performance they are moving even they your production quality is good, once you move to pip your team leader will start torturing you specially in envision process this happened within months 10 to 15 people absconded without notice because of bad behaviour of team leaders manager also supports team leader worst work culture politics .

...nk of the employees that they are having family and they are working for family.Head managers think that they are giving salary from their own pocket and for old employees wfh nd hybrid they providing but not for new joinees this is partiality.if for evryone they provide hybrid for old and new means it will be good 👍 with partiality.
