Few teams tl and manager are not good again the policy they are issuing pip if the have some experience people in the project example if you are ah less experience in the project and u r learning it, at the time if the recruited any experience candidate for the team you won't be shifted to other project u will be indirectly terminated in the name of issuing pip and clearing pip is not possible especially in hospital billing

...ompany. Where they consider more about employees. That's the best part of ajuba. And also the salary packages and allowance they provide is very much usefull for me. Work pressure is not much once you achieve your daily targets.

They can improve in thier training and teaching skills. Also in my team there is no seperate team for printing. So if they allot them it will be more useful.

Ajuba is my first company and its completely WFH it great maintain my work & life balance and salary is efficient for me overall.my 3 years experience Ajuba is good

There is no job security My TL always threats to refer back to HR when you not complete the daily targets it's been pressure so I put my papers even in notice period they say you'll do more than your target it's really pressurized me.🥲🥲

Cab facility, Food facility, Company policy related things are perfect. Work environment and co-workers manners good to feels.

Everywhere there is Possitive and negative. I felt that Salary and appraisal are so less.

One of the best companies I have worked for. High job security. Salary is average for freshers and great for experienced. Provide cab facilities and food.

Nothing I can think of. Issues within the team is natural.
