Since working at MIraj Multicolour - Sukher Unit as a QC Manager. Till date i got excellent support from my seniors. work culture and staff all are very supportive. overall work culture and work environment is exellent.

Dislikes

Lack of external training.

Likes

1. Management will listen when you propose new process implementation which benefits the company 2. The Owner's son and sister in law's both became vice president of the company having no fundamental or practical knowledge of business process or industrial exposure and they have serious ego issues.

Dislikes

1. Management need everything on next day whether it's complex process implementation or any report. 2. They have SAP S4 Hana but still 70 work is done manually and the stem updation will done after a months which create problem for report generation.
