CEO of the company Devidutta Dash and Co-founder Mr. Vinod Abrol are fraud. They didn't paid us the salaries from last 5 months. Case is running in the labour court against them.

Dislikes

Lemme Be is headed by a woman with no vision. The company has shut down operations due to rapid expansion. The company's funds have been mismanaged and being a startup they say that "startups are always risky to work with". They haven't paid people since March 2023 and still expect loyalty and hard work. Unfortunately they are in retail and no one knows about the products all though they have spent crores on marketing.

The only good thing was the brand had potential.

Dislikes

Management had no experience of working in FMCG business. Took bad decisions in terms of sales. Gave away crores worth of products for free and blamed it all on the team. Dont work for Devidutta Dash ever.
