The only advantage is that they will give good salary if you are in a client project.

Mirafra is just like a consultancy company. They will send all employees to client sites and bill them per month. Their is no learning, no career growth, no work-life balance here. Finance team is the worst here. Once your client project is over they will fire you without much delay. Mirafra is not at all recommended to anyone.

... curve, it's very good company has many clients.. Senthil is very good manager.. He gave many opportunity with different clients unfortunately package didn't match.. I walked out. Free food lunch

Nothing to like about, they hire you just to make money and pay you less.

When you leave the company, they didn't give earned leaves amount , they are bad at management side, lots of politics and very poor work culture. You should take this last option to join this company.

Senior clan of Mirafra won't pay much attention about employee queries. Staff are usually helpless not willing to respond and then explain petty rules of organisation. Well they provide free lunch and evening snacks in mirafra office.

Dislikes

Finance Department is worst performing department in relation to engage with employees. Not able to respond to user queries. It's like bell ringing, but no one is answering it. Atleast need to send 100 emails then they will answer it. Employees have to suffer due to there behaviour, after leaving organisation.

Fast hiring and immediate firing once allocated project is completed.

1 year experienced candidates interview 4-5 experienced candidates 😂 They’ll give you 15LPA if you’ve another offer other with same skill set you’ve to work for 10LPA. Company switch hike is based on counter offer but not based on interview performance.
