Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks. Paternity leave.

Dislikes

Unstable and inconsistent company policy. Leadership themselves are not empowered for their job, resulting in lack of direction and support for the team. Poor hiring process, even at senior roles like Architects, led to under-qualified candidate in key positions, with CTO unconditionally promoting such individuals.

Perks, and other benefits are outstanding. Free open culture and less micro management on shift timing

Dislikes

Biased and favouritism. Lack of intelligent and mature managers , moslty interested in parties and hanging out with younger colleagues of specific gender. No future for DnA folks as the work is not direct client facing but a really back office work . Still the firm is transforming so the managers form their own policies instead of abiding actual miq values. Senior leadership is weak and is unable to manage one floor team . Has a severe pip culture every quarter over minor escalations. Better to find an actual effective project rather only making powerpoints day and night for 100 advertisers.

MIQ Is a very good company but few teams & people aren’t If you ever get opportunity to work at MIQ, join any team but not DnA INDIA & CHINA No growth in terms of work, Just Excel & PPT and they ask to give false & manipulated insights, that doesn’t give you job satisfaction even how much high they pay you Even people from other teams are not ready to move to DnA India team just imagine how toxic it is HR don’t even respond or value about your problem instead they disclose And dear HR please stop forcing people to fill best place to work form, instead try to make it really a best place to work then automatically we will fill it Thank god I’ve resigned from the most toxic team
