Toxic work culture, Politics, Micro Management, Bad Leadership >>>>> This is the next Byju's in making. <<<<< Some of the key evidences: 1) Chain of good and solid employees leaving suddenly over the last 2-3 years. Most of them taking career breaks due to mental oppression they had to undergo in their tenure. 2) Favoritism of COO and CTO towards their own respective departments and discriminating the other verticals in terms of promotions and recognition. Clearly visible through the recent promotion volumes. Also not hiring crucial positions in order to put pressure on the departments like Data Science, Data Engineering to intentionally sabotage and break them for CONTROL. 3) Heard multiple instances where girls were forced to put in harassment cases against fellow employees in order to get them fired by the higher management. This is unacceptable and inhumane, they are playing with people's lives and employment. 4) Multiple instances were the management created fake evidences and gave bad reviews in order to push people out of the organisation. It is an unrecoverable situation now, the whole India Management is rotten and incapable especially the CXOs. Advice to Management Can Ramya and Krish please stop this and leave the company? I am mentally exhausted and afraid now because I have seen these instances happen to my colleagues. I do not have trust and feel safe anymore, I took a lot of courage to write this.

MIQ Is a very good company but few teams & people aren’t If you ever get opportunity to work at MIQ, join any team but not DnA INDIA & CHINA No growth in terms of work, Just Excel & PPT and they ask to give false & manipulated insights, that doesn’t give you job satisfaction even how much high they pay you Even people from other teams are not ready to move to DnA India team just imagine how toxic it is HR don’t even respond or value about your problem instead they disclose And dear HR please stop forcing people to fill best place to work form, instead try to make it really a best place to work then automatically we will fill it Thank god I’ve resigned from the most toxic team
