I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I did not find good things from this company. I am giving rating 1 because there is no option to give zero rating.

...r happen till 12 months or more than 12 months. 8. If you will take extra leave. Your salary will be hold for 10 days and also you will not get salary on time. If incase your have joined or will join please conform all these points which i have mentioned above. And also there are many point. If i write there it will take 2 hours. So please i am requesting every one don't join. And also major things that in this company flexi. It is an application If you will take more than 5 minutes. It will consider as a break time. ...n, And company provide worker and staff good welfare facility as per gov rules. And company policies is so good, I think MIPL best company because every six month increase salary and yearly even bonus of all employee..

There is bond of 1 years before which you can't resign .if you give resign any reason so company not given salary this is very bad rule of this company otherwise All policies and rules is good.

Their management system includes HR dept... late salaries as they never provide salary on time... also they are don't provide "health insurance". Most imp bad treatment from upline or management side... don't provide confort and freedom for working....
