There are no PF benefit, No documentation provided, No salary Slip and no job satisfaction. Employee can be lay off immediately with out notice period. Estimatly they are looking for sales people no education qualification are required.

No job security, no work no pay, work culture is worst , they preferred only non Bengali only.No leaves ie casual, sick, any type of leaves.Their motive is to deduct salaries and TA /DA in any means.Worst culture.

No respect towards employees. They had not paid the full salary in March 2020 ( 25% is still pending),.April, May June 2020 no salary though we had worked from home as per their guidelines.

My teammates are awesome, helpful in nature..it is a great learning experience because i have to deal with retailors, wholesellers and distributors..

Only i like in this office my colleagues. They are very good peoples.

The work culture and the environment is a very poor company. This is not a corporate office this is like a store and there is no growths and no facilities for employees. Too much pressure. Before joining They required for only one person for one department but after joining they given all 5 departments works. Worst company ever.
