My job is as much secured here. I got an opportunity to learn various fields other than mechanical which is my specialization. Reporting of work progress of checkdam, free boring, ponds are part of my reponsibilities. Team and seniors are very cooperative here.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high sometimes. You have to be there to perform the task which is even not the part of your duty. Problems remains unsolved many times due to imbalance management.

Here I doing work as govt. Engineer Assistant, which work is here like a Bridge cum barrage, Checkdam and Lift Irrigation Scheme work .

Here jobs is not a permanent jobs , here not getting lot of knowledge and work load is low.....
