Overall very poor department work for engineering professional. No appraisal and promotion because entry qualification for 4200 scale job is just 10th pass and ITI certificate. No weightage for qualified engineering professional. Overall 1 star. For any kind of promotion and appraisal you have to move court . One thing is your job is guaranteed.

Dislikes

No difference is qualified professionals and labour. Salary scale of ITI pass and B tech professional is same . No extra promotion for B. Tech graduate professional.

i felt great opportunity with great exposure. also it helped in personal development.

because of lack of conversation with district administration it was problematic in starting day to establish relationship in starting days.

I liked my last posting as Principal at National Skill Training Institute for Women, Noida where I got full satisfaction as Head of Institute. Had around 62 industrial tie up. Introduced some new courses. Worked in the area which our students lag.

Dislikes

There are few unwilling people and they take granted for not adopting new metods.
