The only thing good about this is you'll get to experience the rural life by communicating with the people living there, learn the societal structure and work for the vulnerable people. if that's one of your goals. But there's alos a catch, If you're lucky enough, you'll have good colleagues. If you're not lucky enough, the people you work with will be lazy and bend the rules (like the men sitting in the panchayat chair instead of a women who was elected...) you have to work your way through smartly... Never say okay to wrong things... Peoples life are at your hands.

...ow standards. They have meetings at 7 too(AM/PM). So bye bye work life balance. They didn't give us our salary for 2+ months and then asked us to borrow money from our friends. It's Feb 2025 now and we are yet to receive our salary from Nov 2024. It's contractual job. So no promotions. Zero skill development. The only thing you'll gain is a Brain Rot. If you're satisfied with the govt name tag... GG. Or else there's nothing to be satisfied of. Egocentric superiors, poor time management, improper planning, worst communication and no M&E... These are the tip of the ice berg of the work culture here.

Working as Executive-Assistant on Contract basis, gets the chance to work for govt. different departments and learn a lot. Atmosphere is conginal.

Dislikes

Less Salary, No Promotion and very much dependency on govt. Officers and Politicians.

Healthy and friendly environment, Provide knowledge about every project trough training, Traveling a lot in this department, appraisal are good but the salary is delayed always, no one play politics with other employees everyone is very helping and kind. Also officer's gives you proper advice and sport you. But if you are looking for any skills than don't go for this because there is no skill you'll learn in future. Here you can learn only government work , government related projects only.

I have only one issue that is about salary timing they provide the salary but not on time. Which is make you life little difficult.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot if politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resgin. On the job training is not given to new joinees

good experience work with panchayat raj department. well support towards Clint with all covid-19 staffs .

there is lots of pressure from politics site but its well managed our office staffs . no such types big issues from our site.
