...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am a data entry operator and i am graduate and my salary based on 12th base, we are not getting our salary from 4 months we are in difficulties to balance our life style

No respect to data entry operators, salary issues and dues.

... utilised as per Govt rules. Job is secured and career growth as per Govt rules. Salary is decent after 7th pay commission. Work environment is good and work- life also balanced. Learning environment is good. There is no politics. I have not travel abroad as everyone official can't get chance.

Compensation as per Govt norms and Career growth is slow and bound from government rules and work pressure is so good. Rest topics are good.

Very poor promotional scope in lower level, bureaucracy, work stress, less time for male, indifferent pay and facilities in different stations, transfer in every 3 or 4 years affecting child education and financial aspect.
