OPD is open 24/7 even one doctor is available, instability anytime you may go for deputation, late salary transfer, poor management, refund mentioned in the contract not transferred, ineffective medical insurance, very bad quality of life, very bad health service and not equipped, unprofessional behavior, tiring transportation, vacation is not allowed except after completion of one year, religious and racial discrimination.

Dislikes

Isolation and lonliness creeps in you if you have not taken your family with you. Differint hospitals have slightly differing OPD hours which may or may not be at your advantage. Fresh vegetables and fruits are costly and at times not easily available. A little hard time for non vegeterians i would say.
