I was working in addu city . Seenu Feydhoo health center. Team work was very good and the people where very friendly health center was a second home for me ... If I am planning to work again in Maldives I want to go back to my health center .seenu Feydhoo ..

I felt very happy and satisfied with job security and other benefits provided, work culture was very good, management and company policies are also very good. Feeling very happy and comfortable working with Ministry of Maldives.

Actually there is nothing for me to dislike and if I would say politics learning and travel created some difficulties to me.

It's Quite peaceful & secure here with Good working environment. International faculty exposure, full job security, Career growth slow, but steady, have to travel for medical purposes often, politics between different country drs always an issue, with Good learning & Nice work environment always. Work & life balance with full security , alongwith family & children education free.

Dislikes

That's Only Politics between Doctors of Different counties in working place, is a major problem for peaceful working. Otherwise Maldives & MOH has always provided its Best.

If working in Small islands....exposure new challenges and career growth is less. Cost of living is high especially near to capital city

Honestly....its an exciting job...can meets different people......and deliver care. Will get time for relaxation and day out with family....eventhough challenging experience are there in rainy season, Sea transfer in emergiences but its rare.
