BUT COMPANY POLICIES REGARDING COVID 19 FOR EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE BIT ATTRACTIVE REGARDING SALARY PACKAGES AND COMPENSATIONS FOR SERVING IN THIS CRITICAL ATMOSPHERE. THERE MUST BE SOME INCENTIVES AND INCREMENTS IN SALARIES SO THAT ONE CAN FEEL ATTRACTION AND DO JOB WITH ENTHUSIASTICALLY.

WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY INCREMENT AND APPRAISAL IN SALARIES TILL YET. AND ALSO NOT GETTING ANY INCENTIVE SINCE WE ARE WORKING IN COVID SITUATION FOR LAST FIVE MONTHS.

By working in MOH Saudia Arabia your salary will be delivered monthly and regullary and this is the only virtue you will get , otherwise,salaries are average and can get better salary by private hospitals. pension is very poor for example , I received the upper pension limit which was 50000 SR , that equalls less than three monthes salary .This is one seventh lower than what I deserve after more than 20 years serves in MOH. According to international emplyoment rules my pension should equalls 20 monthes salary . They are racist and hardly respect foreigners . There is no career growth or opportunitis and your contract will be renewed easly if you are less than ten years employment , if more contract renewal is not garanteed , Nowadays many saudi doctors are available and the will work in big distinguished hospitals in big cities . Expatriat doctors will work in small and far cities ,and even they can hardly settle in one place as they could be transfered temporarly or permenantely to cover work in another areas Finally your work sartisfaction is to save money as much as you can and go back home

You get a hard earned salary right on time without any tax deduction. You can save 75% to 50% depending how you maintain your standard. Annual leave with full pay and free air tickets allows your family to have lots of enjoyment.Working standard varies but in good hospitals are of international level

...vation. Work-life balance was 0, only work work & work no life except working . Salary was very low inspite of work like European & American degree holders.

...Pakistanis. No scope for training. Job was insecure. No scope for career growth. Salary was very low. MOH didn't give me my full gratuity. Money of covering to other hospital didn't give at all. Egyptian & Pakistanis play always bad politics. I learned on my own by treating patients & got good experience with good results. Working environment very bad because of Egyptians & Pakistanis. Only scope for self innovation. Working- life balance was 0.

No career growth, no job security, salary low in comparison to neighboring countries. Non Muslims are discriminated against . Always worked under fear and tension
