...l management. At present I am working in Maalhos to 8,6,5grades English teacher. I don't know any pf or increments in salary.

Everything is going well. Regarding the house or room facilities if you could provide better facilities it could be comfortable to work more efficiently in the school. I feel with poor facilities we r adjusting.

Less burden More interesting curriculum and very pleasing classroom atmosphere. More holidays with pay and 2 times vacation to visit home. Overtime benefits

Less chances for promotion and no increment. Accomodation could have been better.

Each school facilitates a good experience of work or learning. Relationships between employees and students are organized and characterized and reciprocal communication exchanges with parents take place.

Less salary compared to living expense

All my colleagues are very cooperative. MOE Maldives is providing an excellent salary package to the teachers. Their respect and hospitality is amazing
