...l management. At present I am working in Maalhos to 8,6,5grades English teacher. I don't know any pf or increments in salary.

Everything is going well. Regarding the house or room facilities if you could provide better facilities it could be comfortable to work more efficiently in the school. I feel with poor facilities we r adjusting.

The Ministry of Education encourages Holistic Education for students, encourages teamwork thereby they can build friendship, trust sharing expertise between teachers.The Ministry of Education conducts Professional Development every year for teachers in enhancing their professional skills and to update their teaching skills to face the demanding educational requirements of the students of Maldives.I love the fact that I am part of the team which opens innovation in new areas.also, the Ministry cares about the career growth of its employees, salary is in par with the National and International Standard and the friendly working environment encourages teaching community to work competitively in collaboration with the management and the students.Termination is the last wagons for teachers those who fail to meet the educational requirements expected from the Ministry.

Loneliness, being away from the family, delay in salary hike, problems in sending our salary back to home (India) as there is a restriction in sending us the salary.Employees would feel happy if their salaries are paid in USD instead of local currency.

Less burden More interesting curriculum and very pleasing classroom atmosphere. More holidays with pay and 2 times vacation to visit home. Overtime benefits

Less chances for promotion and no increment. Accomodation could have been better.

Each school facilitates a good experience of work or learning. Relationships between employees and students are organized and characterized and reciprocal communication exchanges with parents take place.
