It was good society where i got so many experiences and office administration as iam working as Block head. I love to journey in my life which i got so many chances in the rural as well as city, this society but the owner needs to make security for the employees.

This project help to learn CDP, FPO, SHG FEDERATION and other rural livelihood activities.

Dislikes

This project only for five year's. It's not enough to meet all objectives and fulfill livelihood activities and financial inclusion. This types of project need for rural people in mission mood or 15year.

Got experience in Livelihood promotion, Skill Development, Community organization management etc.

The main thing is that, after completion the Project Time, there is no job sicurity and Experience certificate is also not provide by the admin. Which can help us to get other job in Another Project.

This is under Ministry of Diner, Govt of India, funded by World Bank, for me this is good, work satisfaction also good, it is fully based o Women empowerment through SHG's . Here this project is running in 4 states, Sikkim, Nagaland, Mizoram AndTripura , I am working in Tripura states as a post o Area Project Coordinator under 5 Panchayet Village in Lefunga Block, West Tripura. In this project u had I had learned lots knowledge Ang idea , this is the only project we a running for women's livelihood activities. Other site we have to done Community based work, institution building , skill development training in various institute.

Dislikes

Everything is good ,but the working system is to low , some time have to done report within a minute for higher authority needs. Which is very difficult to collect from villages, because villagers are not aware about it, and after calling for meeting they are not able to come is the schedule period they just giving excuses . And the main thing is All work have to done by Area coordinators, Disxtrict level staff are just giving order, even they don't know how is the situation in village level.
