Unfortunately, it was largely negative. The company culture was a significant issue. There was a palpable lack of communication and collaboration between departments, and a general sense of unease permeated the workplace. Management seemed distant and unresponsive to employee concerns. I frequently witnessed favoritism and a lack of transparency in decision-making, which created a toxic and demotivating environment. Regarding career progression, I found both the increment and promotion processes to be deeply flawed. Increments were minimal and often felt arbitrary, and opportunities for promotion were scarce. There was no clear path for advancement, and hard work and dedication were rarely recognized or rewarded. Job security was another major concern. Restructuring and layoffs seemed to be a constant threat, creating a climate of anxiety and uncertainty. There was a distinct lack of long-term planning, and employees were treated as expendable resources. Finally, I found that Uprising science pvt ltd[Minimalist] offered virtually no opportunities for skill development. Training and development programs were nonexistent, and there was little to no support for employees who wanted to expand their knowledge or acquire new skills. I felt stagnant in my role and left feeling that my professional growth had been severely hampered. Overall, my experience at Uprising science pvt ltd [Minimalist] was extremely disappointing. Communication gap between own departments and other departments, which can lead to confusion and delays in project timelines. Development scope is very less. Process gap. Team is not familiar with the latest market trends and the processes that should be followed for the development.

It's a good place to work. Management and my colleagues are smart and intelligent. Minimalist strongly believes in values of Customer First and being Transparent. As a CSE, it gives me a lot of clarity and allows me to help our customers better. Work is not micro-managed and people are not pushed to meet their daily / weekly targets. In fact there are no number based targets :)

The culture at Minimalist is filled with lots of fun, opportunities and growth. The team and people here are the highlight, with everyone being highly supportive and perceptive to inputs from even newcomers. There is a lot of room to grow with end to end ownership of objectives, appetite for making mistakes, and consistent guidance from managers and senior team. Your efforts are recognized and there's a genuine push for employee wellbeing and work life balance.

Don't join total toxic environment Owner and HR Don't follow any SOPs , no rules and regulations,No safety of employees ,play blame game, harassment of employees mentally and physically, no work culture, No technical person for supervision only BA pass system.
