Good for freshers but not for the long run.

Dislikes

There are a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issue. Harass their employees and don't pay actual salary. After leaving the Company retains all clearances and 95% of cases do not provide full and final settlement to employees

My colleagues from different background so it's quite interesting to work with them. Colleagues are same age group so they are always help in any problem.Working environment is friendly , seniors also helpful.

People work there are very helpful.

Dislikes

Company pay very very less salary than market value. They don't give confirmation on time and is with annual appraisal. Annual appraisal is negligible. They even Skip appraisals every 2-3 years
