Too much pressure for that 9000rs salary.i refer not to join in this organidation though they dont have any perfect timings. There wil be no growth for your future. The certificate they provide you wil not be beneficial.there would be no incentives or benefits in this. Moreover you couldn't improve your skills.

Salary is too low and lot of pressure apart from that you have to work for office personal usages like couriers. I have my own experience in that organisation being a senior executive but they treated me as a courier boy to pack all those and to courier them to other branches.

The company's loan procedures should be made a little easier. Then customers go well with the company. The documentation of the company is very large but there are no corresponding loans.

Receiving a low salary leads to a decrease in the satisfaction of the employees to work.

Good environment for work and growth. Higher authorities are supportive. Company policies are well and transparent, they give salary and bonus on time.

There is a communication gap between local senior staff and they don't address our issues.
