...d Things in this organization. They have to survive here to helping each others. In Covid 19 Pandemic period - At first they start Work From Home facilities but did not pay Full Salary on time And no Formal salary deduction. 40% Salary paid, But after repeated reminder.

Dislikes

Dis - Management, No work Life Balance, No Leave Policy, Even the "Malik or Owner" called his employees to work on sunday. Actually this company run by Father-Daughter-Son. Where Son is useless no skills, no talent, only skills he has to disturb their employees. No formal payroll system, Even all employee doesn't provide PF & ESI like basic things. If you want to enroll your name in pf then first need to oil Director, second thing they will deduct both contribution from employer salary. SALARY not credited direct to the employee's account. When director available after 15th or 20th every month then he will issue a cheque to the employee also employee has to reminder to fund on that account. .. It is a Dukan type, run by one man office.

They are very friendly. Market opportunities are far more available then other companies. Freeness of the work.

Dislikes

For IT company it's mostly important sufficient knowledgeable support person which is not available with this company.

There is lost of problem this company companies not giving my last full and final settlement and my money is hold not clear till date RS- 63000.
