Though company pays lucrative salary, it's not standard across same level of performers. This demotivates high performers having low salary.

Unfair behavior by regional manager 1- If u have good buttering techniques u like this company 2- If you passoniate or honest for their work they does not value. 3- buttering person are more valueable instead of hardworking employee who gives our 100% to run the plant smoth. 4- Regional manager are always having problems while you go home on weekend. 5 - Company given 2 days off for work life balance but regional managers says why you are going home on Friday evening. 6- they does not have any issue with buttering person but for other employees they have clarifying for everything.

Compensaion not bad, but growth is too low.the work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 15-19 hr straight in a day & sometimes late into the night, worest shift, so many time i get appreciation from them but they act like unnoticed during in appraisals time. moreover there company standard is to high 2K per year. why leaving they behave like somwthing else.

MTI is a good company but in India level they do not have such type of leader which actually can do change in Business because those peoples don’t have any previous experience in Corporate Management.

This company is really taking care of their employees. Like last 3 month business is not good but still paying salry to all the employees. And also arranging necesy items which are required to employees.
