HR and team members are good. Salary is on time. Work timings are flexible. Leave and Insurance policies are good.

No planning, no visions, no job security. Irony is even after getting good remarks from manager and delivery manager, even after getting a project, one fine day they will fire you. Not even bothered about the career of dedicated juniors. Getting laid off is no new whether it's a senior or a junior. Politics is very common. In the era of democracy they follows monarchy.

...sk you to leave irrespective of how much good work you've delivered for client. No hike given to any of the employees in last 3 years. No learning or growth initiative from company

You will get recognised and company provides you benifits like good hike, bonus, spot awards, Cab and even free meals for those who work in project and helped a lot in running the project during the critical times. Management too supports them

Sometimes I felt that task allocation should be equal to all team members. I too felt that allocation of team members in projects should be based on technical competence - I felt company has very limited project but definitely a good place to work if company focuses on getting more projects. This limited projects sometimes worry about job security even though they provide u time to upskill

On-time salary despite being service industry. In market since very long period.

Dislikes

Department was at peak in around 2012-14, after that going only downwards. Less attention to EDSSE dept. and related projects. Less yearly hike, every time you have to either cry or fight for better %. All freshers are hired from particular state where HR head is from and hence Lobbying starts. Ridiculous HR (retention) policy and attitude.
