I was there for 2 yr and the only thing was good was people in the organisation

everything. They do not pay for your hardwork. They are arrogant. Every policy is against the company policy. They do not even pay full and final amount.

Nothing much, people work because of their own personal reasons and not because of the company or Managing Partners.

Dislikes

No specified KPI / KRA They want people to work for free They insult, embarass, humiliate employees They shout at employees as though the employees are bonded labourers No vision or clarity on what needs to be achieved Do not treat employees with dignity or respect HR policies are not employee friendly Work and life balance is a dream The managing partners think of themselves as GOD The managing partners always force employees to rush things and do the tasks quickly for example if a task would take 10 hours, they want the task to be completed in 4 hours ending in mistakes and errors, then the employee is blamed

Working style, versatility, able to explore and enhance your own knowledge as various clients from different industries and you get whole knowledge of it.

The only drawback I feel is it's infrastructure... hope management think at the area also

I worked as Senior Team leader for 5 years and have learned so many things. Earlier I was not able to communicate directly with clients due to hesitation but now I am confident and handled clients independently.

Sometimes too much work creates a bad working environment
