Good for learning ..l&D resources are very robust. If you want to learn you have access to loads of materials and courses created by WPP teams across the globe

Dislikes

It's extremely top heavy. No one has much authority except the branch head or buying head etc. Designations don't mean much here.

Good culture. Company provides facilities and care about employees

Dislikes

Don't expect increment and promotions. For that u ll need to wait for 7-8 years. Yearly 5% increment is fixed. No promotion will be given till you ask for it.

Mindshare is a very employee centric company. I have seen people working for more than 5 years here and I think this speaks a lot about the company.

Dislikes

Sometime the career trajectory isn’t clear to me. Also, the supporting functions such as HR and admin are not that responsive.

Everything. No Support from any of the members from top to bottom. When you escalate about your bosses to upper management , you are just ignored and the harrasment continues until you leave the job. HR is just a non sense and has no right, they will never help you for anything. If it would have been once i would understand but had same experience twice

Well everything is good except the thin line between work from home and working during office hours from home.

Dislikes

The personal life has been screwed. No appraisals even after 2 years and the HR is blaming the COVID. Also, the HR wants to reopen the offices ASAP without even realising that vaccination is still not there for everyone.
