CEO Rohit Gupta is an awesome person. He has a lot of technical knowledge, and you can get the chance to work with him directly. And in the company, if you are beginner you will get chance to increase your knowledge lot.

Dislikes

Head-HR is not good. And when I was working in this company, I was under a manager who having zero technical knowledge.

As an SEO intern, I have learned valuable skills and techniques that I know will benefit me in my future career.

Dislikes

My experience at Mindrops as an SEO intern has been somewhat underwhelming. While the company boasts about its specialization in developing scalable platforms, I've found that the actual execution sometimes falls short of expectations. The emphasis on prototyping, while intended to foster collaboration, can sometimes lead to prolonged development cycles and delays in project delivery.

There is nothing like about them. They treat their remote employees as strangers

Dislikes

Hire and fire culture. They hire you on a permanent position. Ask you to work on client side. And when client tenure is over they ask you to leave immediately, as they don't have any project in their bucket for you . After working for approximately 1.5 yrs one day suddenly they will ask you to put down your resignation. Your notice period of 2 months will turn to 15 days.
