There is nothing like about them. They treat their remote employees as strangers

Hire and fire culture. They hire you on a permanent position. Ask you to work on client side. And when client tenure is over they ask you to leave immediately, as they don't have any project in their bucket for you . After working for approximately 1.5 yrs one day suddenly they will ask you to put down your resignation. Your notice period of 2 months will turn to 15 days.
