No dislike yet, but HR Team has to come forward with new ideas on the employee welfare related matters like domain related skill development, effective communication, time to time appraisal/award on daily attendance/job done performance, organizing sport activities, setting up of modified washroom, small cafeteria etc. to increase productivity.

Frustrated Managing Director , One kind of Mad delirious Charector, Didn't know the Responsibilities & Scope, thinks Every one do Everything, He maintains His Ego over 100 ofs Proff.. 1st pulled you up against your Hod to insult/Down him, till Hod Resigned , Then down you in front of your juniors, as much till you're Resigned from position. Hate that F****g attitude. Can fired you anytime if he dislike or His project is completed by you.., Doesn't matter how kind you are. 1st time in life faced this kind of mental , Psychological Human even who not Believe on his son too, Conflicts Every time..** Lower level post's like ( operators ) is ok, but think before you join any Senior levels posts in this company....*** Don't go to This Bulls*"" company for Benifits, Go for Healthy Workspace Only....

This is keep you posted that. I worked mindril 2 months but I left because work environment is not good MD has force to work with Excutive lavel, This is not good for us , have 2 GM but don't have any knowledge in operation, there is no discussion maker anytime blame to the HR department.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Mindrill. I was hired as a Sales Coordinator, but after just 15 days of working, I received a sudden call from HR asking me to resign because the Managing Director wanted my termination. The HR team appears powerless, making lofty promises about excellent packages but failing to provide any sense of job security or peace of mind. If you're looking for career stability and a supportive work environment, this is not the place to be. Joining Mindrill could seriously jeopardize your professional growth.

There HR Head and Asst. Manager HR is very polite and helpful.

Dislikes

Very bad behaviour of MD. His best time pass is doing recruitment and cv screening. From labour recruitment to Higher position, there is no need for an HR except a tele-calling job. Only make top sheet. Very bad work culture, very bad office location and timing.
