Salary is somewhat good for fresher. Work Environment is good.

Dislikes

If you are graduate from computer science or IT field then this is definitely not recommended as they have completely different technology and coding and technical terms are negligible. This is good for commerce background and for Btech or B.E. I suggest not to go for this company and if you do you will eventually leave the but in this they will deposit the bond cheque and you’re forced to stay in company. Also, HR is not supportive.

I was worked with MindQuad Solution, the Management team, work culture are good. Company policies are employee friendly. Yearly tour plan for employee refreshment. The company is working in IT ERP segment and it's Microsoft Gold Partner for Dynamics ERP product segment and SAP B1 silver partner. Furthermore, they believe in employee growth so they provide certification and training in emerging filed. I was left the organization However, my some friend have been working in MindQuad Solution from 8 to 10 years. One of my friend has started his career from Jr. ERP consultant and now his has been working as a ERP Practice Head. MindQuad Solution is growing company and they have more then 100 employees skill staff and many global as well as an Indian reputed client.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
