You will get lot of opportunities from India and Abroad (mainly US) to teach experienced working professionals which are sincere and passionate towards learning and goal they take. 2. Team is very supportive and disciplined.

The management team is completely out of touch. They have no idea what employees actually need to succeed. Favoritism is obvious, complaints go unanswered, and opportunities for advancement are nearly non-existent.

...nterview. You’ll be blamed for mistakes without any proper training or feedback. They expect you to work overtime without compensation or recognition.

The pay is not competitive, especially given the demands of the job. The constant negativity from management creates a toxic atmosphere that’s hard to endure.

The atmosphere is hostile, with little regard for employee well-being. Endless 9-hour shifts with no breaks. It's exhausting. My experience here has been marred by discrimination and bias. It’s disheartening to see unfair treatment based on personal connections. There’s a culture of fear among employees. No one feels safe expressing their opinions. There’s a lack of transparency about company decisions and policies.

I encountered rude behavior from both HR and management during my onboarding. There’s a culture of fear that prevents honest conversations about problems.

Dislikes

The salary discussions felt like a joke. Why interview candidates if you can’t meet their compensation expectations? Leaders are disconnected from reality and don’t understand the struggles of their teams. There’s a strong sense of division within teams; collaboration is nearly impossible. There are barely any resources to do our jobs effectively. It feels like we’re set up to fail. Constantly feeling undervalued with no opportunities for advancement.

Work company I have ever seen in my life. The worst CEO. His behaviour is not at all like CEO. Waste company. I won't recommend this organization.
