Salary is paid on time

Management has ego specially the ladies working in company for longtime. Till the time you are with company you are working very well as soon as you decide to leave they will find faults and say you were not performing. This is only because their ego got hurt. They are seniors but behave like teenagers. Gets annoyed at every small thing. If you want to survive just say yeas to everything they say they will ask you your recommendation and just for sake will try to implement the idea and later find faults in that and go back to square one to what they actually want. There is one lady who just likes to do gossips or do buttering talk or just agree to what they say. Like if they say sun is square then you should say square even if the sun is round. HR is just a puppet of CEO. Even if you raise complaint to her she will just sleep over it and will not act untill CEO commands. Your appraisal will be done you will be told that you are doing good but you will be scored less so that you don't get bonus amount giving XYZ reasons. KRA's are not revised and employees suffer. HR does not do hiring infact the team leaders are told to hire people for their team and this is being added in their KRA. People just are stressed here. Work life balance huuhh what is that?

Salary on or before time. All benefit including family recreation and accommodation also entertained. Medical care and PF also provide.

Dislikes

Only inter department politics and Director and HOD created toxic environment, rest all well.

Likes

Complete freedom to work with 100% efficiency. In my career this is the first work place where I enjoy my work. The support of the management is beyond words. If anyone wishes to join here don't give second thoughts jump in.
