Training team is brilliant. Overall it's an employee-friendly place where the management do really care for the well-being of an employee.

May be there is a work life balance, they don't ask you to stretch additional hours, and salary comes on or before time, which is commendable.

Bad culture, full of politics and back stabbing, if you want to survive you are supposed to be a professional boot licker and should never complain about anything.. you should have a temperament that whatever you are getting is by the grace of god and company is doing a lot of EHSAAN on you, so you need to keep your mouth shut and speak nothing.. And on top of that no one is going to listen to you even if you complain.. specially HR dept, which is meaningless here.. they never have an idea what is going on and have no grip over management, means you can never assume they will take ur side and help u with anything!!

...ike we are burden on company, never appreciated the hard work and efforts by us. When I was suffering from covid my salary was kept on hold because I took a break to recover. They didn't even provide covid holiday which was provided by other companies. After all the hard work and company making more than 50Lakhs profit from my efforts I got annual appraisal of 60k which is not at all justified. They made us work on Saturdays, even Sundays while our manager was enjoying his weekend. It was a horrible experience and this made me to avoid US staffing employment moving forward. Take care of your health as no one else will take care of it.

I would like my chance to say the company's amazing but sometimes we expect our seniors to respect us and our dignity. Nothing's important than self respect.

I would say with all due respect... That respect is a big word and employees Don't just work here for salary but they should be respected.

Top management is good , owner of company is good .

Dislikes

Salary is not good they will negotiate very hard and make sure you get less than what you was getting. Politics is very high at recruiter and manager level not with top management. You will rarely get chance to talk to management, If anyone from top Management calls any of the team members or lead or manager they will feel top of the world and their attitude will change because it's so called gift for them there is huge gap between management and team
