My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? There is no work culture,put us different projects so oftenly. There are project standards and practices Can terminate any time without any reason. No trainings for learning new technologies. Leave policy no carry forward leaves.
