Every thing is pretty straightforward and transparent here.. * Want to learn new things and tools . Everyone here will encourage you including your own manager and you will be given proper amount of time to prepare without any kind of hurry or pressure so that you learn , enjoy & explore the tool you are learning.. * Good support from managers who understand their team and employees and support them in every aspect.. * No headaches for taking leaves.Everything is easy & properly streamlined for leaves & holidays..You wont be asked hundred questions or reasons unnecessarily like they do in many other companies... Best company to work in Bhubaneswar. Provides remote work with a healthy salary. As per the current market situation Mindfire still give an Ok Ok hike to their employee and job security is there also. Remote work + job security + Good salary == Happy employee

...nal settlements. Post-employment, queries directed to HR often go unanswered. - Communication regarding salary hikes is notably lacking, with employees being unaware of their ratings until the subsequent month's salary crediting.

All professional teammates ,well training provided by senior mentors. Job secured until no client issues.appraisal ,travel depends on company financial value. Good people except few. Great work environment with flexy time. Balanced with personal life.
